Description: Insulated Gate Bipolar Transistor Trainer Kit - Insulated Gate Bipolar Transistor is a compact, ready to use power electronics experiment board. This board is helpful for students to study the V-I characteristics of IGBT and understand its different operating regions. This board has built in power supply, so it can be used as a standalone unit. IGBT is three terminal (Gate, Collector and Emitter) power device. Gate is insulated to collector and emitter. These devices retain the high input impedance and low on state voltage drop.
